BJL Sirius Project Management Solutions (Pty) Ltd was established in 2006, using our well-known trading name SIRIUS PROJECTS.  Many years of success followed, and the company thrived in its primary purpose. To render professional engineering design and project management services to our clients.

The company currently has 51% Black Ownership, providing the requisite BEE Contribution Level rating of Level 2.

SIRIUS PROJECTS has developed into a strong small to medium-sized enterprise, completing many complex brownfields projects in especially the petrochemical environment. Our success is attributed to our strong value system, supported by sound leadership and purpose-driven execution of projects.


BJL Sirius Project Management Solutions (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2006/033695/0, is duly registered and incorporated in accordance with the Companies Act No. 71 of 2008 (as amended) of the Republic of South Africa. Effective corporate governance starts with the rules, roles and responsibilities set out in our Memorandum of Incorporations and Shareholder’s Agreement.

The company shareholders have an average of 30 years’ experience in the project management and engineering fields and have worked on numerous large-scale projects and interventions.

Our full-time personnel are supplemented with experienced and committed resources from an up-to-date database of experienced consultants and contractors, on long- and short-term assignments. Projects executed in the EPC/EPCm environments are always appropriately resourced with effective control and execution teams.
